You may be contacted by Press Ganey, which has been hired by the hospital to conduct regular confidential surveys of patients who have received services at the hospital. The results of these surveys are used to enhance the quality of care provided to patients, as well as to allow the hospital to improve its services. Should Press Ganey contact you, please know that your answers will be kept confidential and will be presented to hospital management only as part of a composite of all other responses.
